Delete your Zeluniva account
You can permanently delete your Zeluniva account and associated personal data from inside the mobile app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Zeluniva and sign in.
- Open Profile, then select Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Enter your email address and confirm the deletion.
If you cannot access the app, email kelvinhemu@gmail.com from the address connected to your account. Use the subject “Zeluniva account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
Data deleted
Deletion removes your account profile, name, email address, phone number, login credentials, profile photo, saved addresses, favourites, reviews, notification token, wallet and wallet transactions linked to the account.
Data that may be retained
Completed booking and payment records may be retained only when needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Access is restricted, and the records are deleted or anonymised when the applicable retention period ends. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 30 days.
